1. About the service
Português à Brasileira is an online educational platform focused on Brazilian Portuguese and Brazilian culture.
Members may have access to articles, podcasts, transcripts, Brazilian Voices, expressions, weekly challenges, and other members-only educational content.
We may add, modify, or update content and features over time.
2. Membership
Português à Brasileira offers paid membership plans, including monthly and annual subscriptions.
Your membership gives you access to the members-only content available under your selected plan during your active subscription period.
Membership access is personal and may not be shared with other people.
3. Billing and renewal
Monthly memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
Annual memberships are billed on a recurring annual basis unless cancelled before the next renewal.
By subscribing, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your subscription.
Prices are displayed before purchase and may be changed for future subscription periods. Any applicable price changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
After cancellation, your membership will generally remain active until the end of the period that has already been paid for, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a period that has already been paid for, except where a refund is required by law or otherwise expressly offered by Português à Brasileira.
5. Right of withdrawal
For purchases made online, consumers may have a legal right to withdraw from the contract within the period established by applicable consumer protection law.

8. Brazilian Voices
Brazilian Voices content may contain recordings and information about individual speakers.
Such content is provided for educational and linguistic purposes. Members may not reproduce, redistribute, download for commercial purposes, or otherwise exploit recordings or personal information presented through the Brazilian Voices section.
9. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Share your membership account with other people
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent access restrictions
- Copy or redistribute members-only content
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website
- Use the website to infringe the rights of other people
10. Availability of the service
